When is the best time to weight yourself?

You will be at your lightest weight right when you first wake up. But before you get on that scale, make sure you relieve your self by having a bowel movement. That in it self can weigh as much as 2lbs. When you weight yourself, don't wear any clothing or shoes.

You are at the lightest because for at least an 8 hour period (while you slept) your stomach was empty. Plus your body was surviving off the remaining food that was in your stomach the night before. Weighing yourself at this time of the day will yield the most accurate weight for yourself.
