Weight loss tip: Walk!

Depending on the effort level and distance, you can burn as much as 500 calories in one hour when walking. You can incorporate this to your weight loss program. You won't need to go to the gym to exercise, all you need to do is walk out of your door and start walking.

If you pick up your pace you can burn another 100 calories. The best part about this, you can go at any time. Some like to go during their lunch break at work, others in the morning or at night. Walking is a great way to exercise.
