Do you not feel like going to the gym to do the same boring workouts? Instead of going to that bacteria filled place, go hiking, walking, running or do something as simple as walking the dog. Doing anything outdoors instead of going to the gym can be fun in itself. When you go outdoors, you don’t have to wait for machines to become free or have to worry about the bacteria that are on them.
All you have to
do walk out your door and get out and enjoy your day. Don’t even look at it as a work
out. Just think of it as playing outside, like you used to do when you were a kid. This will mix up your work outs and keep
you from getting bored from doing the same things over and over again at the gym
