By carrying a large water bottle, you can be reminded that you need to finish that container by the end of the day. You can find these large bottles in your local discount stores. Try to find ones that have more than 60oz capacity. You should be drinking at least 68oz of water per day.
Fill it up in the morning and work at it through out the day. By 5pm, that bottle should be 3/4 finished. Just keep in mind, that the more you drink, the less you'll feel hungry because the water fills up your stomach and signals your brain that it's full.
