It's the middle of the week and you want to quit

Many people have been there, they feel frustrated with their weight loss program and often want to give up. This is completely normal. But it's what you do with it that shows your character. When you are down, you have to talk to yourself to get back up.

Besides, all that work you've already put in would just be a waste of time and money. When you do feel down, go for a walk. Walking can help release endorphins into your brain causing you to feel better and have a more positive outlook.
